The property was well maintained, beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners Ivor and Natalia seem to have everything you could think of well organised and were super friendly. Absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want the 2 nights to end. Great location to go off and explore elsewhere in Cornwall. The breakfast is fresh made to order per person and it was absolutely divine! We will definitely be back!

St Austell is a great base to explore Cornwall.

Ours was a short stay so spent most of the time travelling around the area including a boat trip to Falmouth. We enjoyed a 'eat as much as you like' chinese meal at the Water Margin restaurent in St Austell. The service and quality of menu was excellent. Recommended.

the people are very friendly.the scenery is amazing and carlyon bay and charlestown are amazing.we chose to eat in the hotel because the food is fresh cooked and excellent.we dont drive so we used cabs which were a reasonable price.lots of places inreasonable walking distance.in my opinion there were no places or things to avoid.

Very comfortable nights sleep. Lovely meal in the on site restaurant - best mussels ever. Staff were friendly and more than happy to help with anything. The hotel was a beautiful building with lots of comfy rooms and the dining area overlooked the sea. Breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice. Lovely bar area and outside seating.
