This was day 10 of the coast to coast walk. It's a bit off the Wainwright trail but I walked it but I think they will pick you up. Room was lovely and very quiet. Nice real ales and food was lovely. Albeit that I could only manage the scotch egg starter and chips but it was stunning! Service brilliant and they took me back to the route next morning.
And a bath!!!! I'd walked 20+ miles, just what I needed!
Mix up with the payment due to my error which was resolved in such a nice friendly manner.
Really reasonable rate too.
