Close M11 and Stansted.
Close M11 and Stansted. A small village with some local shops. Good location to explore Essex and South Suffolk, lots of things to see nearby. The roads are narrow and there are lots of small villages with speed limits. A popular area for cyclists and bikers.

The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The food was exceptional, would use them again but unfortunately no more events expected in their location. Only negative was the man who helped serve breakfast, he was not dressed appropriately - it looked like pyjamas but likely shorts & T-shirt

Nothing was too much trouble and I had to leave before breakfast on the Sunday morning so they made me a bacon baguette to take with me. The only thing I didn't like was the late breakfast time of 9am on a Sunday. This said they did supply me with a take away breakfast. Food was good, arrived promptly and plenty of it.
