Warm reception from the manager, Anthony, who knew that we had a breakdown on route, and therefore arrived between meal times. Anthony arranged for the Chef to provide a platter of nibbles in the bar where he already had a couple of drinks waiting for us. We knew our weekend break had now started in earnest....
