When we arrived the person that checked us in upgraded us to a suite with a view of the London Eye. Wow! What a fabulous room. There was so much space, the bed was like an enormous soft white cloud and the bathroom was excellent. The staff were all very professional and friendly.

Breakfast was very nice, had a variety of the usual continental style meal. The room was very clean and well kept. The location was prime and easily accessible, very active scene. My electrical converter did not work with the one in the room, but the male attendant at the front desk was gracious and prompt in responding to my concerns.
