Brand new flat, furnished to a high standard, plenty of room for a family of 4, easy to get to Sutton and Morden for the tube. The flat had everything we needed for a week long stay. Bus stop literally right outside the flat and lots of restaurants/amenities nearby. The host allowed us to check out late which was handy with 2 small children in tow. Communication with the host was good.
Boasting a hot tub, Double bedroom in ashared flat is located in Sutton. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge.
Easy to travel from Airport to Sutton. Good quality travel service to and from London. Sutton has a variety of different shop and places to eat or just have a coffee plus many public houses if you want a drink.

Hardly a tourist destination.
Hardly a tourist destination. Handy for doing business in the area (in my case attending a funeral) but I did wonder what the coach party that was staying there were doing or a couple of families with young children. Sutton itself very complicated to drive around with one-way systems, lots of chicanes and 20 mph speed limits.

Sutton is great.
Sutton is great. Local shops and local buses for ease of travel. The people are friendly and there are lots of marshes/large green areas to walk, sit and play. We ate at Miller and Carter which was the best dining experience we've had in a long time. Great food, atmosphere, music and service. We also ordered a take-in from a local pizza company.
I would ensure that there is adequate parking near where I stay and adequate sleeping space for my family.

It’s in a very good position , whenever we visit South London or even London, we like to stay at The Holiday Inn, Sutton..
The cleanliness is very good and all the staff, friendly and efficient ..
We ate at the restaurant both evenings for our two day stay, service excellent and food good.
There was nothing I would avoid, on next visit, and we look forward to returning soon.
My wife and I stayed for four weeks so had a good chance to see the good and bad of Flexistay Sutton. On the good side; it was ideally located for us being only 10 minute walk away from our daughter, Sutton Station and Sutton Main Street. Overton Recreation Park is a 5 minute walk away and we visited it often. The room we had was a reasonable size with a sliding door to the back courtyard (Room 4). Joel and his team did a good job of keeping the place clean and being generally hospitable. The all day help-yourself breakfast worked brilliantly.

I like the location in Sutton
Near shops, train station, cafe's and bars
Got a 1 bedroom unit with loads of room
Bed comfortable and no outside noise such as traffic
Because we were in the middle of our travel journey on our way back home to Australia, the washing machine, dryer a bonus
I love the location and will return without any hesitation
Location is just a 2 mins walk away from Sutton High Street in a quiet residential area. The property is equipped enough for a short stay. The host was superb in communication and also allowed me to drop luggage at the location before agreed arrival time since we arrived a little bit earlier. Will stay again when in Sutton.
My wife and I urgently needed a place to stay near my daughter who had contracted covid. This hotel was within walking distance. It is situated in the village of Carshalton close to restuarants, charity shops and parks. Of all the hotels we stayed in the UK, this was by far the best in terms of comfort.
It was a late booking as I had a meeting this morning in Sutton checked in late was met by very charming lady who showed me round offered me a cup of tea as it was late very quiet location facilities in room just what I needed very clean will definitely book again
Staff went all the way to ensure we had a good stay. They were very responsive and helpful. We were also able to borrow a buggy which made our trip much easier as we had an 18month baby. Location was great as easy to navigate
to and fro London.
The hotel has a good location (bus and railway
stations nearby). A comfy bad, a hair dryer and towels were in the room. It was possible to borrow an iron and an iron board. I was also satisfied with breakfests.
I am currently travelling to London every 2-3 weeks and have thus far been utilising the Hotel as my base. The facilities are consistent. The staff are friendly and generally helpful.
Location was very convenient for London and Surrey with good rail and bus links. The price was very reasonable. Local shopping was great. Parking was good.
