Room 105, large twin (can be a double). TV and its controls needed adjusting by expert but all is in hand to be sorted. Excellent shower with brilliant water pressure. Beds comfortable. Has two `lounge` chairs plus desk and chair.
Security seemed good.
Wife had lovely b'fast she said.
Very large car park and outdoor seating area. Packed with all ages enjoying themselves, wonderful to see. There are umbrellas and small cabins. I loved it.
Bar and eating areas are beautiful, overall a stunnnng building well manged by Collum, wife and a whole host of staff.

Brand new flat, furnished to a high standard, plenty of room for a family of 4, easy to get to Sutton and Morden for the tube. The flat had everything we needed for a week long stay. Bus stop literally right outside the flat and lots of restaurants/amenities nearby. The host allowed us to check out late which was handy with 2 small children in tow. Communication with the host was good.

Hardly a tourist destination.
Hardly a tourist destination. Handy for doing business in the area (in my case attending a funeral) but I did wonder what the coach party that was staying there were doing or a couple of families with young children. Sutton itself very complicated to drive around with one-way systems, lots of chicanes and 20 mph speed limits.

Sutton is great.
Sutton is great. Local shops and local buses for ease of travel. The people are friendly and there are lots of marshes/large green areas to walk, sit and play. We ate at Miller and Carter which was the best dining experience we've had in a long time. Great food, atmosphere, music and service. We also ordered a take-in from a local pizza company. I would ensure that there is adequate parking near where I stay and adequate sleeping space for my family.Love - 8.0Scored 8.0

It’s in a very good position , whenever we visit South...
It’s in a very good position , whenever we visit South London or even London, we like to stay at The Holiday Inn, Sutton.. The cleanliness is very good and all the staff, friendly and efficient .. We ate at the restaurant both evenings for our two day stay, service excellent and food good. There was nothing I would avoid, on next visit, and we look forward to returning soon.

On the good side; it was ideally located for us being only 10 minute walk away from our daughter, Sutton Station and Sutton Main Street. Overton Recreation Park is a 5 minute walk away and we visited it often. The room we had was a reasonable size with a sliding door to the back courtyard (Room 4). Joel and his team did a good job of keeping the place clean and being generally hospitable. The all day help-yourself breakfast worked brilliantly.
