Received a phone call this morning from the owner in which he offered a parietal refund as we very disappointed and actually rather disgusted with the stay. Unfortunately the owner has now said that due to our last review he will not be giving us any money back unless we take down our previous review. Absolutely appalled at the disrespectful manner in which I was spoken to. Would not under any circumstances recommend this property.

The hotel was very accommodating, letting us check in early so we could get to the wedding venue in good time. The room was very clean and well appointed - the bed was so comfy! The manager explained the procedure for getting back into the hotel if we arrived back late (which we did). He was very friendly. We didn't have breakfast as we needed to be elsewhere early so can't comment on that but all in all, just the jobDarrenUnited Kingdom

Exploration of surrounding areas..Manly Mere, Delemere Forest and Marbury Park as well as the Alerton Boat lift all within 10 miles of Tarvin. Cooked Breakfast was wholesome. Good pub meal choices. The hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment this year with further work to be carried out later this year to the hotel facade and the bedrooms and en-suites. The breakfast was amazing as was all the food. Highly recommended hotel.
