Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Room was nice with a lovely view overlooking the river. Plenty of outdoor seating too so I expect it gets very busy in the summer. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of car parking space.

Donna & Mac are the most amazing hosts, beautiful genuine couple. Alum House was perfect we love the house, very cosy, we had everything we needed under the roof of this lovely little gem we literally cannot wait to go back ( we love Tewksbury ) we have been visiting for many years Alum House will be our go to house, we normally stay in a hotel I am so glad to have found this wonderful little upside down cottage just 10 mins walk into Tewksbury. Thank you Donna & Mac for being you.

Tewkesbury is a beautiful area with some lovely old towns round about to visit. The Malvern hills are great for walking and the views from up on the top are absolutely stunning all around. The Tudor House provided a splendid stay, in a smart but relaxed environment - 100 Percent on every level although my review when published by Booking.com somehow looked like I had not scored 100 percent in the categories! May I say that I am looking forward to having an opertunity to plan a stay there again. Without exception, the team members could have not be more welcoming or accommodating. I THANK YOU ALL on behalf of myself and Solomon :)

No review to write as they cancelled my booking saying that there was a problem with the room. A friend was also looking to book and noticed that they were advertising rooms available. This was during Cheltenham so I suspect that they cancelled as they thought they could get more money for the room! There was no compassion from them, as it was last minute I could only find a Travel Lodge

There are a lot of independent shops and antique emporiums...
There are a lot of independent shops and antique emporiums to browse around as well as some High Street names. Lots of cafes to sample too. There were some interesting restaurants but far too many were Indian for the size of town. Great if you love Indian food but not so good if you are looking for variety. The river is a pretty attraction and being able to walk along its banks is lovely. Boat trips are available during the summer. The marina is very attractive and has some lovely pubs in which to pass some relaxing time. The wide variation of carpets upstairs looked like an Arab Souk. Parking was adequate at the back of the premises. Great atmosphere as a commercial pub near a famous Racecourse (Cheltenham) but the staff training towards visiting guests needs quite a bit of work !!

Bed comfortable & big! Large garden area to sit & enjoy the sunshine. Town centre & range of local craft shops interesting. A river passes close by the Hotel, which allows you a walk amongst the greenery & you can even hire a boat locally to explore the stretch of waterway at a reasonable cost.

It was only a few minutes walk into the town centre which had an excellent choice of pubs and restaurants on offer. Tewkesbury was a lovely place to visit and very dog friendly. The Cottage was very comfortable and the hosts had left us milk, bread and a selection of local goodies. It was very well equipped with all we needed to enjoy our stay.
