Not much to say, it was pretty but nothing to see or do there particularly apart from go for a walk in the woods. No shop or pub in the village, although there are 2 pubs relatively nearby - about a mile or 2 away but down narrow lanes with no pavement, so a bit hairy if coming home in the dark.Morris - 10Scored 10

The accommodation was excellent, it was very clean and comfortable. It is an excellent location to visit local beaches and the National Trust etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The village was picturesque and there was plenty of shops, food etc in nearby North Walsham. Plenty of woodland and countryside around. Due to the present situation we mainly ate in, however Cromer gets a mention as very dog-friendly and a lot of cafes allowed small dogs. We never got to wander around Thorpe Market village but it appeared to be very compact and pretty, the nearest pub was about 2miles away , we had a meal at the Furnace Inn at North repps,about 5 miles away ,Homecooking meals were plentifull.

Perfect all round, great location for a wedding at The Reading Rooms nearby. Hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were great, lots of choice and served just as you ask. Could have stayed longer and explored the coast more, lots to do and a lovely tranquil few days awayJulieUnited Kingdom
