It was in a stunning location and beautifully cared for. The heritage room was gorgeous. The staff were fabulous. So friendly and attentive. Really relaxed atmosphere.

Perfect location right next to the station. The staff were very genial and friendly - I was given a free upgrade to a better room. Lovely lounge area with a roaring wood fire. A building full of character with lots of local and historical ambience. The Bothy Bar was open in the evening for good food and nice local beer.

Breakfast was unbelievable. Plenty of choice and very different to the usual B&Bs I’ve stayed in before. Only wish I had managed to eat the whole breakfast and left a clean plate. But saying that it was 2 or 3 courses. Let’s just say my eyes were bigger than my belly. Well done 👍
