Everything!! I booked in advance for my boyfriend's birthday. The staff and whole experience was 10/10. Friendly, helpful and accomodating. First time having room service so that was fun only had to pay a small service charge as we had breakfast included in our room already. Lovely aesthetics and location/river views. Loved the bathroom (bath and shower option was lovely). I really loved and appreciated the bidet and wish all bathrooms/toilets came with one.
