Literally. Everything. From the warm welcome and ambience to the incredibly beautiful rooms - it was impeccable. The food, both dinner and breakfast were insane. Highly recommend the Tarte Tatin - I'd go back just for this! I honestly cannot recommend Duncombe Arms enough, I wanted to sign up to become a live in resident. I didnt want to leave. I will definitely be back, and will be recommending to anyone and everyone!

Callow Hall is a gorgeous historic property, the styling is immaculate and immediately creates a relaxing and welcoming environment. We decided to stay in one of the Hives and I’m so glad we did, Rosebay was situated in the middle of the woods next to the hotel and the views of the countryside and bluebells were beautiful and calming. The food and drink was also excellent. The staff were professional but laid back. We can’t recommend highly enough!

Travelling for Alton Towers this was a lovely little stop for the night before moving on to Alton.
Nice small compact room and lovely cosy little bar area for evening meal and a few drinks.
The food in the bar area was exceptional, though check the timings, the bar was only open from 7pm for food, don't know if that's normal.

Such a friendly welcome and a beautiful cottage.
Such a friendly welcome and a beautiful cottage. Totally exceeded our expectations and it was like a home from home. We felt so relaxed and so welcome there and we could definitely have stayed longer. Next time maybe we will.
The animals were such a lovely addition, our daughter really enjoyed feeding the goats and playing with the dogs too...must admit I enjoyed seeing the alpacas out of our bedroom window in the morning, so lovely. Can’t rate this place highly enough.
