They promised to reserve parking. Two phone calls were made. They twice confirmed. When we arrived we were told it was full! A staff member told us the parking was very limited and almost always full. We had no choice but to abandon the stay and lose the money.

We have been to this hotel several times since September 2023 and every time we have experienced an excellent stay. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and professional - this is in all aspects e.g. reception, cleaners, bar, maintenance staff. This is our 'go to' hotel because we are confident that we will have an excellent stay. There is consistency in the service delivered by staff, facilities and food. Excellent location to university student accommodation and to the town centre. This adds to the comfort and convenience of the stay.
