First things first, the scenery was absolutely beautiful and the peace of quiet are wonderful. The hut itself was very nice and it had all the essentials for cooking, showering etc.

The room was spacious, very clean, pleasantly warm and tastefully furnished with care, to more than adequately meet the needs of anyone staying there. Access to the local town of Taunton was easy, and Norton Fitzwarren itself had shops to buy any basics and several takeaways on hand within a couple of minutes drive.
The hosts were friendly and responsive to any needs I had, whilst at the same time respectful of my privacy.
