The surroundings are spectacular and the staff is really gentle and caring. Specifically the manager in charge of the terrace. His name is Jose and he is very professional and agile. The kind of staff that we would expect to be working in four seasons. The tennis instructor - Nikola - was also outstanding and very charming. The room is really comfortable and the cleanliness is remarkable.

The food is excellent - great British basics like steak and ale pie! The staff are really friendly and kind. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the location is the heart of historic Hampshire with beautiful countryside and many walks and attractions around. I would definitely recommend the Winchfield Inn as a cosy, down to earth base for exploring the area. it’s very good value for money.

The hotel is dog friendly, my pooch enjoyed being with us almost everywhere. The swimming pool and spa were so lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
