Beautiful new hotel surrounded by an ecstatic mountain view. The room is large and spacious - includes a balcony. Breakfast was served - simple but very tasty. The team was very warm, helpful and welcoming. If you love nature and quiet just 40 minutes drive from batumi you will enjoy your stay. This is the most beautiful location for a cottage we've ever been at, the cottage was absolutly amazing, cozy, beautiful and welecoming, Luka took care for everything we needed, he made this whole vacation to be the best we ever had, he took us from the city, answered us at any time and even took us the a whole day to see the area and do different activities like riding horses, ziplining and more! The place was in a different level of awsome and we would definitely come back when we'll return to Georgia and would recommend to other people, thanks again for everything!

We absolutely loved the stay. The place itself and the view from the house are absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed. It’s even bigger then on the pictures. There were 4 of us (two couples) and we were very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for the New Year’s Eve and they were kind enough to organise a transfer for us to the city the next day.

It's rare that I rate full marks for everything. The check-in lady was so friendly we almost did not know how to respond. I found that in general hotel rooms in Georgia are not as sound proof as they usually claim. This hotel was the exception, totally quiet throughout our stay. Great views. Great room.
