Friendliness and availability of the staff, Irakli was always very flexible and helpful, and arranged everything we needed (e.g. transfer to the airport in the middle of the night). Both bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. Modern appliances in the room (fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, stove, kettle...), there is even a dryer on the common area that can be used by the guests. Good location not far from the city centre and can be easily reached by car/taxi. All in all, good value for money.

Great location in the hills above Kutaissi. Konstantin is a great and welcoming host and he and his family are very friendly. Room was spotless, great breakfast and from my room I had a perfect view on Bagrati Cathedral.
Parking is available too, making it the perfect spot to do some daytrips from there, e.g. Prometheus, Gelati etc.
