This property is a superb one, with lots of amenities and space. It is situated close to the sea, maybe 400 m distance. The air condition works very well in the two sleeping rooms. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The terrace is great with a splendid view on to the town and the sea. Before arrival, we have received a lot of information by the owner, which was very helpful. Furthermore, the owner had someone picking us up from the airport and bringing us back, which saved us a lot of time and was very useful as well! Overall, in terms of value for money, this is a place hardly to be reached by any other!

Very cooperative and helpful staff always ready to help and make your stay enjoyable. Only drawback is the restaurant is only open limited times and with a limited menu. Food is good but not available in the evenings. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.

Beaches and food were amazing.
Beaches and food were amazing. We loved eating at the food trucks by the beach. There is a great restaurant called May Savours that we went to 2 times, we loved it. Also it is a good base to visit many spots in Grande Terre.

s.anne is a small and sad city. Many house are abandoned. Everything's ends at 8 PM ,ther are few and dirty restaurants and they are very expensive. Few hotels too and not in line with the standard of the European tourist. Except club med. you have to rent a house, do the shopping and cook on your own, even if finding the necessary is difficult and expensive. fantastic and safe beaches. Caravelle beach is not the best beach as we can read .,.. unreliable public transport, for example it is not possible to schedule a transfer to the airport.because it is not sure that bus will arrive at the bus stop.

A very popular town on a small Caribbean island, well worth the 8 hour flight. You need to hire a car and parts of the island are hard to drive on but a short amount each day is good. Lots of places to eat, traditional foods and cooking. Good standard but you need to look out the best. Value for money and service are all excellent. You could swim and snorkel from the beach and there was a nice swimming pool in the yard. The reef protected from big waves, but there wasn't much to see when snorkeling. The owner was helpful and responded quickly to messages. There would have been a parking space for the car in its own fenced yard. Restaurant supply was weak in mid-May. It is a pretty good place to explore the island but the trip to Basse Terre attractions is pretty far (1.5 hours drive to most) Room was wonderful as we were in room 2 with an ocean front balcony. Internet is spotty but we just used the island service with our Iphone and that was fine. Overall a great hotel and I would stay there again for sure.

The kitchen and living room are freshly renovated and the facility was clean. Also, the location is perfect - 5 minutes walking to the beach (Plage de bourg), supermarkets and restaurants. Beautiful beach Caravelle is around 15 minutes walking.

The private beach came with very large comfortable loungers. The staff were very attentive as well. Our oceanview room with a large balcony overlooked the beach as well.
