Room is very cozy and clean, comfortable bed, big balcony with a beautiful of pool and sea view. Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are perfect with many selections of foods. Everything was splendid! First class place with first class staff! Everybody make you feel like guest - not like customer. Place was very (extremely) clean, everywhere smells like apple garden . For a 1 or 2 night stay if your touring crete its OK. Ideally it has supermarket opposite. The prices at the hotel were very good and everyone there helpful.
For the price per night paid with a breakfast we were not expecting luxury.

Amazing restaurants, all meals very complete and full of options. Facilities are nice, tennis court, swimming pools, spa and gym. The greatest part of the trip was the staff - incredible nice people!
This is a wonderful little hotel. The setting is beautiful – in the foothills of the Cretan mountains, this traditional farmhouse with pretty gardens and olive groves, is just a fifteen minute drive down to the coast. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and full of character, and every room has its own outdoor seating area. Guests will enjoy the delicious breakfast and home-cooked dinner (if you wish) on the al fresco terrace, overlooking the olive grove and the Mediterranean beyond. (We loved the sunsets from the terrace and the swimming pool.) But, best of all is the warm welcome and all the help we received from Efi and her staff - nothing was too much trouble. We loved our holiday at Elia and are already looking forward to going back.
