Michalis and giorgos (the older) were super nice hosts, they gave many tips about i.e. eating or where to go with the kids, they entertained our kids and it was a pleasure getting to know them.

The artaments near the beach, had a comfortable bathroom, a kitchen, a lovely balcony. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. We were received and escorted hospitably. Great place in Retimnas, recommend it 👌

+ The hotel staff was extremely friendly to us, very responsive and caring — especially as we travel with more families with children as a group, it was important to have people who were caring and helping us out. They did great going the extra mile.
+ Beyond the staff, I would say the hotel is simple and overall pleasant, it has a nice playground for children which is appreciated, a pool, and easy access to the beach.

Very nice rooms, great breakfast and excellent staff. The pools looked lovely, although we didn't find time to use them. A really good quality large hotel with fantastic facilities. Close to the beach, a supermarket and several good restaurants.
