We couldn't have asked for more for an accommodation for a family with 3 kids.
The villa is newly built with high standard. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They live in a house just opposite the villa and they love to show all their many animals to kids: pool + friendly cats + horse + sheep + chickens = dream holiday for kids! The kitchen is well equipped, the pool is cleaned every morning.

The Location is perfect, away from any type hustle and bustle, not that there is much hustling and bustling going on on an island like Kefalonia. A minutes walk to a lovely little beach across the road. 10minute walk to an even bigger and just as lovely beach. I recommend you walk into the Capital Argostoli as there is a lovely picture opportunity on top of the hill. 45 mins max to walk there. The hotel grounds, the set up of the furniture and decor outside are flawless. The atmosphere is tranquil.

A lot of really positive things have been said about Despina...
A lot of really positive things have been said about Despina and not without good reason. From the moment I booked the villa she could not have been more helpful, she’s a superstar! The villa itself is really spacious(I mean REALLY spacious). The air conditioning is more than adequate and along with a decent sized pool(cleaned and serviced regularly)is a good way to cool down when you’re overheated! If I was to be picky I would point out that the general finishes in and outside the villa are a bit shoddy and needs updating. All three bedrooms have en-suite(which is great) however, it would have been nice to have fixed shower heads instead of hand held. The villa despite its ‘rough edges’ was clean, fully functional and a delight to stay in. We were sad to say goodbye. They even wanted to bring another king size bed to our room although our bed was already big enough (2m x 180m) :). The breakfast is in comparing to other hotels good - You can choose between different kinds of eggs, omelettes, croissants, different breads, ham, cheese, milk, fruits, 4 kinds of müsli, pastry and deserts, tea, coffe, juices.
