The location of the property is on top of the mountain, which is amazing. You have an amazing view in the morning, and evening and also night. The room was very clean and for us the kitchen had more than enough supplies. The bathroom was clean and big with all the conditions needed. The stuff was nice, showing us the room when we arrived and also he was also present when we left. He warned us since the beginning that we need to bring with us food (in case we are hungry) and water because he doesn’t have to sell, which was okay with us. The nearest town is Karya ( around 10 min with the car ) from where you can buy supplies. The pool was nice and clean and the whole property made us feel like we where in a castle with a nice view.

It was a wonderful 6 day stay. We were greeted by Mochi, the owner's mom who had just finished cleaning the house. She was extremely warm, friendly and she made us feel very welcome. We needed a few items for our stay and she lent them to us immediately. The house is wonderful, in a very quiet street where a car passes every 2 hours but only 300 meters from the town center. They could only be heard: cicadas, crickets in the evening and the rooster in the morning. Nothing else. All around a scent of pines and aromatic herbs. The house is large, for 4 people but we were only 2. There is a very comfortable kitchen, a very bright living room where we spent some nice evenings reading, 2 bedrooms and a very comfortable bathroom. The bedroom at the back of the house, which we used, has wonderful views over the countryside and hills behind the house. The highlight is certainly the wonderful terrace, with a beautiful, solid wooden table, huge, solid and comfortable wooden chairs. We had lunch, dinner, breakfast and spent a lot of time outside on the terrace and it was wonderful. It was very hot and, when necessary, we turned on the air conditioning a little, which worked well. For the rest we preferred to hear the sounds of nature, while we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a beautiful view of the pine forest opposite. The town of Marta is enchanting because it is very small but very lively. The small square with the huge trees also allows you to enjoy a little social life by eating excellent food or using the bar or bakery. Karya is on a hill, you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the island, not crowded at all. Everything more than perfect. È stato un soggiorno di 6 giorni meraviglioso. I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Vanessa, the host, was absolutely perfect, providing excellent hospitality and making our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Niras Hotel is a wonderful place that made our family vacation unforgetable. Everything is “super” clean and if you have a sea view room like us you will be amazed and left without words each morning… The breakfast is great and for sure you find something to eat each day. Do not worry about the parking, we found each day a place to leave the car just across the hotel. We did not miss anything during our staying or encounter any unpleasant situation. The hotel staff is always there to help you with anything if you need something. We recommend Niras Hotel! In addition, Chara and her mother were amazing each day with us. In the end… it is not just about the place, it is about the energy and the vibe that the place gives to you! So, Niras Hotel is not just an accomodation for the vacation, it is an experience with quality people!

Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They even lent me a beach umbrella for the duration of my stay! Room was cleaned/rubbish emptied etc. almost daily. Easy to find and close to some of the best beaches (Milos, Kathisma, Avali etc.) Would stay again and can recommend!
