Gorgeous villa in the middle of an olive grove overlooking Heraklion. The villa was very clean and easily hosted me and my large group of friends (9 of us), as well as being very well stocked (there was even a first aid kit and aftersun lotion in the bathroom). There were also two kitchens- one in the villa and one by the pool, which was useful since there was so many of us all waking up at different times- not to mention the functional BBQ and pizza oven. The pool was large and clean, with a pool cleaner coming halfway through our trip to ensure it stayed that way, and even had some large pool floaties. The owner replied to my messages quickly and was very helpful when any issues came up.

Small village, very quiet place. The apartments have everything you might need for a simple vacation. For animal lovers, you will be greeted by some very friendly cats and a dog. I recommend it if you prefer a less touristy and quiet place. The apartments have everything you might need for a simple vacation. There is little to do in the village itself, but Heraklion is only a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment is about 5 minutes by car to Ammoudara Beach. A little to the side of the main beach you can find a less busy place to swim.

Room was spacious, had everything needed, good air con, daily service. The hotel is well located, close to shops, museum etc Breakfast has everything but the cooked food was very greasy. The staff was very nice and super fair; I arrived a day late by no fault of mine (ferry didn’t show up) and the hotel changed my arrival date so that I wouldn’t pay for that first night and I also to leave early and, without me asking for anything, they gave me a discount on the price for the night I wouldn’t spend in the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect for an urban stay, located in the center yet in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, the room super clean and the bathroom was very nice. Provided luggage lockers were definately a bonus, since we did not properly sync our arrival to the check-in hours. Overall a value-for-money experience!
