We had an excellent time at Naias. The hotel was quiet and clean, very nice. Great location, in a lovely little town. The host was very accomodating, and very nice. We appreciated the bottle of wine too!

The hosts Costa and Christina were so friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded upon arrival and they were able to accommodate us changing plans and extending our stay while also giving us a room with a view of the harbour. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us a bit of local history. The location is central and markets and shops are very close. For the price it was great value. Rooms are showing age but are very clean and have what you need.

The property was lovely and clean, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Livadi but close enough to be just 5 minutes walk to it, and best of all the amaaaazing views across the bay from our room! We would definitely consider coming back to Studios Niovi if we return to the island.

An absolutely beautiful property. The photos on Booking.com didn't do it justice. We had a split-level room with the bedroom upstairs and a stunning roof terrace - a fantastic vantage point for the harbour and ferries coming and going. Our hosts were very kind and the couple who take care of the hotel - Evelyn and her husband - made our stay particularly memorable with their friendliness and eagerness to help. Breakfast was lovely. Our hosts very kindly collected us and returned us to the port. The property is a little way from the harbour up a steep hill but we had a scooter so this was no problem. The walk would be quite hard work. Very highly recommended.
