The location is at 10 min walking distance to the nearest village, but also because of that, the area where the hotel is located is very silent.
The room was a little bit bigger then I expected.
The balcony was great and quite big with a view over the garden, pool and the sea.
The bathroom quite nice, only downside was the shower drain which does not work quite properly and some water collects in the shower cabin. I think because of that some water leaked around the shower.
But the cleaning was made daily (sometimes while we were taking the breakfast).
The breakfast was quite good and you've got several good choices. Also they would alternate several items from the breakfast.
The pool is nice with all those palm trees around, sun beds and the bar at the pool which is open up until 22:00.
All the stuff we interact with was very helpful and respectful.
You can also rent cars from the hotel which is big plus.
P.S. The dark hair lady from the dinning area is wonderful. Always welcoming you with a smile. It's nice to interact with a person like her first thing in the morning.
P.S.2 It was the best booking out of 3, from our 3 weeks stay in Crete. We will definitely return to stay here if we have the chance.

The apartment is spotless and very comfortable with spacious veranda overlooking the sea and mountains. It is located just outside the small village where you can have breakfast and buy amenities from a local minimarket and have a fantastic meal in one of the local restaurants.
Maria is very sweet and welcoming and was available on whatsapp throughout the stay. The welcome cake and honey on check out were a very nice touch. As was the daily housekeeping that is not usually included in self catering apartments.
