Very warm welcome - the staff were very friendly and hospitable especially Ina the bartender that made our stay so pleasant each day ! Sleep was great , rooms clean and tidy ! Great experience with celebrating my birthday, well wishes received with cake and champagne! The location is at 10 min walking distance to the nearest village, but also because of that, the area where the hotel is located is very silent. The room was a little bit bigger then I expected. The balcony was great and quite big with a view over the garden, pool and the sea. The bathroom quite nice, only downside was the shower drain which does not work quite properly and some water collects in the shower cabin. I think because of that some water leaked around the shower. But the cleaning was made daily (sometimes while we were taking the breakfast). The breakfast was quite good and you've got several good choices. Also they would alternate several items from the breakfast. The pool is nice with all those palm trees around, sun beds and the bar at the pool which is open up until 22:00. All the stuff we interact with was very helpful and respectful. You can also rent cars from the hotel which is big plus. P.S. The dark hair lady from the dinning area is wonderful. Always welcoming you with a smile. It's nice to interact with a person like her first thing in the morning. P.S.2 It was the best booking out of 3, from our 3 weeks stay in Crete. We will definitely return to stay here if we have the chance.

We stayed at Bali Diamond as a couple with another couple of friends, and we all absolutely loved it. It's a small family run hotel, with super friendly helpful staff, especially Eva at reception, and Chrisoula, who created the magnificent daily breakfast banquets. It's very well located for the airports as well as all the points of interest locally. I recommend this hotel very highly. Immaculately clean, well designed, lovely pools and terraces, with a relaxed yet smart atmosphere.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel welcome by the team. The room was modern, of an excellent size and location with a great view across the grounds and to the sea. We especially enjoyed the quiet chilled atmosphere of the whole resort which led to a very relaxed stay. We would highly recommend this resort.
