For the price it was a good place in Lefkada, especially with breakfast included. Its 1 minute to the nearest beach and two or three beaches reachable in 15-20 minutes walk. Nearby, about 10 minutes walk, was a village, with wide range of shops and restaurants. Quite big room, with spacious balcony.

The staff was so friendly and familiar, we felt almost at home, as soon as we arrived. The room was nice and tastefully decorated, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was more than reasonable for the price, with fresh fruit and vegetables, which was a plus for us. They even have a corner with beach umbrellas that we could borrow for the duration of our stay. Georgia is an amazing host, approaching everyone in their own language, playing cards with guests, she is precious. We were welcomed with warm smiles anytime we came or went. The hotel's location is perfect, a few steps from all the restaurants, bars, and the beach. Wonderful!
Pinakokhorion is a traditional, peaceful mountain village.
Pinakokhorion is a traditional, peaceful mountain village. It's a just a twenty minute car ride to the nearest beach, Pefkoulia, which is excellent. Though many mountain villages in Greece are nearly deserted, this one had life! You just need to plan ahead to buy groceries in Lazarata (the neighboring village) or Karya, or Lefkada town.

Nice House in good location that was clean and well...
Nice House in good location that was clean and well furnished. There are actually two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twins beds which both have wardrobes. The two sofa beds are in the upstairs lounge and the other one is downstairs in the Kitchen living room with a downstairs bathroom. So not three separate bedrooms, but as there were only two of us that was not a problem.
It is a 10 minute walk to Lazarata Square for the nearest Taverna, Creperie, Supermarket, two bakeries and two petrol stations or a couple of minutes in the car.
Karya Village is 3 kilometres away and 10 minutes in the car with multiple shops, Tavernas, Bars etc... and the main Town of the Island is 9 kilometres and 15 minutes by car
The Kambos plain below Pinakochori is worth exploring and the I think the Road to the West Coast beach of Pefkoulia is now open which saves time going to Exanthia to get down to the West Coast Road.
There are so many lovely Villages and Beaches that it is worth exploring, the views form the Mountains are stunning.
