Stay at Nicolas House was a great experience.
We had the ground floor apartment (not with the upper floor terrasse) but terrasse still had a gorgeous view on the tiny port with fishing boats, the bay and Katapola opposite. The appartment is brand new, nice, quite modern and spacious.
Nicolas and his family was very friendly, always available in the supermarket in Katapola.
The Cycladic-style Hotel Minoa is centrally located in Katapola Port, next to restaurants and mini markets and 100 metres from the beach.

Solo traveler here. I was doing some writing on Amorgos and I had a wonderful time at the Hotel Minoa. The hotel staff were all really friendly and genuine. Full of character and the restaurant next door was brilliant too. One of the most memorable hotels I’ve stayed in Greece (I’ve stayed in a lot)

The feeling of being in the peaceful countryside but only an easy 10 minutes walk from the centre with shops and restaurants. Large terrace/ balcony with wide country/ hill views. Gorgeous floor tiles throughout and palest creamy-pink walls so much better than stark white.

Wonderful studio apartments with great view, balconies and a stunning garden. Super comfy bed!
This was an adorable little town. There was a little shopping (like a few stores) and some great restaurants. The area is not too touristy. Our kids met up with the local kids every night to play soccer and that absolutely made the trip fantastic for all of us. What a special memory. 2-3 nights here is fine.
