This is our 5th trip to Samos, each time we stayed in different part of the island. This is the best place by far..
I cannot say anything negative about this place, it was such a great experience during our stay for three days. Beautifully decorated, clean, modern room, comfortable bed with crispy sheets and a large balcony. Excellent breakfast they provide more choices than you need.
Property has breath taking panoramic sea views from everywhere. A short walk to the beach and to town.
What makes this place so spacial is the staff they are bang on the ball ,very friendly and a big smile on their faces.
But I like to say just a few words about Maria, she will make you feel like you are at home, such a lovely lady she is.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are small but enough for everything. Bathroom is very clean, location is wonderful. It is very close to the beach. And kokkari center is beautiful than vati.

Location is great - seaside views, mountains, nature. Food was delicious and very diverse (a range of meat dishes for instance). Very friendly stuff, no overcharges. Close proximity to Kokkari.

Excellent stay in the midst of Kokkari, looking out over a beautiful landscape of greenery & the beautiful Aegean Sea. Very comfortable property with everything you could need to have a perfect holiday.

If you are searching for a quiet and relaxing space for your holidays, Xenia Apartment is the right choice! It is located directly at the beach (2-3 min by foot) but if you like hiking, the mountains are also not far away. It is really quiet, the beach is not too crowded and there is a small restaurant nearby. The apartment is super tidy and we felt very welcomed by the lovely hosts. The next city, Kokkari, is super nice and friendly and many of the restaurants have vegetarian and vegan options. We can recommend Avli, Crepe a la Greck and Grandma’s Home.

Extremely old, dirty, fithy place with no proper window( window was looking at some place like a depo or similar) in the room. The alternative room they showed, had no window and worst than the the room we booked. Pictures was not reflecting the real rooms. There was also a moisture dampness so you can not breathe. Owner promised to cancel and refund but 2 days later, she said it was impossible as she paid for the cleaning lady for this dirtiness so would not refund. Very bad owner.

The owners were fantastic. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and not 4 adults. The apartment was cramped and temporary beds set up in the sitting room was were poor. Airconditioning didn't work. However, the landlord was fantastic. They changed the apartment in Samos town, which was fantastic.

Accommodation is set up in renovated houses in an old deserted abandoned village in the hills above Agios Konstantinos. Nature is nice around, suitable walking. The place is completely abandoned and overgrown. The place is a great style and interesting to see, but we could not stay here. We got a studio reminiscent of a former sty.
The walls are decorated with photos of people who once lived here. The host presents beautiful photos, with bright and quite large spaces. the reality is different. Climbing up steep stairs and stone walkways everywhere. For safety reasons, I would not recommend for families with small children or people with physical disabilities. Conversely, if you want to completely cut off from the world and meditate, this accommodation is ideal.

There are beautiful mountain walks nearby, villages in the mountains are amazing. In Agios Konstantinos, which is city under Valeontades, you can find a small shop, beach or restaurants. But to see the island you have to have a car, bike or motorbike. It's the best.
