Beautiful! Comfy, wonderful location, welcoming staff, and I enjoyed the view of the animals and nature. Only stayed overnight, did not have the opportunity to try the food but it smelled amazing. We will be returning, hopefully not for business this time.

Googlemaps navigation drove us to another place. We called the owner, who came to us with her car and lead us to Villa Kos. They even offered us their wine.
The place is very comfortable and equipped in very cosy chic style. We spent nice time there.

I visited the hotel 5 years ago and it was very nice, but a bit old. This renovation exceeded my expectations and really enjoyed every aspect of my stay in the hotel. Food was very delicious, both at breakfast and dinner alike. I've tried a lot of restaurants in Opatija, but hotel kitchen in Adriatic hotel is still one of top 2 places to eat dinner.
