The room is renovated and very clean. Bed is super comfortable and big. It's 7 minutes to Opatija, close to rijeka. For me location is perfect, you can rest here well, it's silent, far away from main road. Owners are very friendly, you will feel like home. I will definitely come back

I like breakfast. Balcony of the room wasn’t so clean, and it is not what we expected. I thought that pool will be a little bit warmer.

Everything ! Location was great, beds comfortable and rooms clean. However what really stood out was the exceptional service by the team at reception. From small touches like welcome a welcome note with chocolate including a welcome drink right through to a surprise birthday cake for my mother in law celebrating her 80th birthday. As it was low season, we were also upgraded to a larger room, Hotel location is excellent for walking in the centre or going for walks on the Lungomare. There is a paid car park which is handy as parking in Opatija can be a challenge especially during high season
