This guest house was like many others in the area, in a building built beside a family home. Our hosts were friendly and kind and we felt welcome right away. Our children loved jumping on the trampoline and roaming the property, looking for the chickens, cats, and the friendly dog. We loved the comfortable beds. The kitchen and bathroom were small but clean and had amenities for a short stay. Since we had a car, it was an easy drive to the national park, and a short drive to a grocery store.

Is a very small area. Basically entering via one road. It has some big construction projects happening right now at the beginning of the road. You need a car to reach there. It is very close to Plitvice National Park entrance. A good place to stop over if you want to visit the park. The whole park area and surrounding areas have lots of apartments for rent.
Pick a place with restaurant might be handy as there is few supermarket. Try out local food. Mostly meat or fish and they are delicious.
