The hotel is in nice and peaceful area at the end of a small village. View from the room was beautiful overlooking the sea. There is also forest and trail next to the hotel which was ideal for a walk with our dog. Unfortunately it was too cold (we were there in March) to use the pool, but it was nice and clean.
Host was super friendly and always available.
Breakfast was also delicious.
We hope to return!

I liked everything about his location - it is the second time, I chose this hotel and I will certainly return, should I be in the area again. The rooms are quiet and nice. From the balcony you have a nice view on the harbour. There is a small beach as well not too far away (5 min. walk). Breakfast was excellent, beds are comfortable and the people are really nice!

The rooms are located in a rennovated building in the Labin old city, up on the hill. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. At the ground floor where the entrance is, there is a fully equipped kitchenette that will satisfy most needs of every traveler. In the morning there were fresh croissants waiting for us.
The host wasn't there to greet us because we arrived late afternoon, but she was very helpful on the phone and explained everything. Highly recommended.

Beautiful natural surroundings with lots of shade. Ideal place to stay with children who enjoyed nature and animals. The tents and the pool are clean, as are the other communal areas. Sleeping and resting with the sound of birds was a wonderful experience for us.

Situated well out of town in a suburb, it was quiet and secure.
The apartment was clean and the bedroom a good size. There was a nice outdoor area included.
The kitchen/sitting area was cramped.
Incredibly warm and helpful welcome (and goodbye) by the host, fully equipped kitchen, big terrace in sun and shadow overlooking the stunning Trget bay, beautiful area (Raša) overall
