If I didn't know it is actually a student's dorm, I wouldn't guess... it's a very nice temporary hotel, more confortable than many others with `etiquette` that I have seen in Hungary. Very close to the Aqua Park, University, yet far away from the city center... so depends on what you target when booking in Debrecen.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the university, the park, and the spa. The hotel is charming, our room was cosy and comfortable, and very clean.
