The house is spacious and comfortable, and the quiet village in which it is situated has a little shop selling food and household necessities. There is also a pleasant cafe and restaurant. The garden is beautiful and overlooks the lake. The owners, Peter and Edit, could not have been more helpful and accommodating, and we were grateful for their proactive suggestions for local events and activities, and for their responsiveness to questions during our stay. We loved our stay at Mandula House in Paloznak and would definitely go again!

It offers everything you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. Our room overlooked the marina and had a large terrace which unfortunately could not be enjoyed because of the weather. Also be warned that in the low season there are only 2-3 dining choices available in town with last orders at 19:30.

The room was amazing. Very clean and lots of room the jacuzzi that we had in the room was very large. The experience was very Romantic. The food was very good and plenty to eat different every day. If your going to stay choose the dinner option the expense was for 2 people for 3 days 25 euro. You can't eat at a restaurant anywhere for that price for 3 days
