We had a very nice stay in the resort. The staff is ever so friendly and helped us with recommendations in the neighbourhood. Scooters can be rented at the reception. We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. The view of the lake was amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and help out in any way they can. They organised a local tour guide, Nyoman to assist us in climbing Mount Batur with our three children. He gave us a wonderful experience. He took care of us during the entire hike and showed us amazing places. Throughout the hike, our guide took great care to ensure the well-being of our group, especially the children. He attentively guided them through the uneven terrain, offering assistance whenever needed. His attentiveness, warmth and dedication to the group created a sense of trust and camaraderie, enhancing the overall hiking experience. We would highly recommend both the hotel and guide Nyoman.
