You can't reach the hotel on your own, you have to take a shuttle bus which seems to be always there but you have to agree with the staff on time etc because it's not on the parking lot waiting for you. If they know when you arrive and get a confirmation you need the shuttle, it will be there. So for me it was a challenge to arrive there because this shuttle situation was a bit unclear.
