Location wise is good, nearby stores and eateries. Staff is exceptional. They are very helpful and polite. During check-in I informed them that we will going out very early the next day, so instead of normal breakfast time start at 7:00 am they served breakfast the next day at 6:00 am to accommodate us! Got problem with my shower and they fixed the issue immediately. Room is clean.

Friendly staff. We upgraded our room for a good price since our previous room have no window. Good location near to Masjid Baiturrahman and they offer transport to mosque for Subuh and Teraweh since we stay during Ramadan. Sahur/breakfast are included. Near to Suzuya Mall and restaurant.
