Everything was pristine. Beautiful carpark and grounds. Hearty, friendly welcome on arrival. Totally clean reception area, lift is clean and bright. Corridors perfect. The bedroom is totally perfect, the facilities are 100%. Excellent Nespresso coffee machine and tea making facilities.Bathroom, spacious and clean. Television channels worked without any problems. WiFi is excellent throughout the hotel. The bed is comfortable.
None of the above happens without the staff.
The reception and restaurant staff are friendly and efficient. A major asset to the hotel. The housekeeping staff are on top of their work.
Terrific value for money hotel.

A very friendly hostess. The location suited us as we needed to be near Carlow town. Wi-fi was working well. We were able to book at short notice. Good value. We got a nice breakfast.

Communication with the host via booking.com email link. Host replied promptly and advised that key would be in key safe which meant I could arrive at a time suitable for me rather than a pre-arranged time. Key safe worked really well.
