AnTig beag, hotel in Bunmahon

AnTig beag is set in Kilmacthomas, 26 km from Christ Church Cathedral, 20 km from Ormond Castle, as well as 23 km from Waterford Institute of Technology WIT.

This is my second visit to Caroline's place and it was even nicer then I remember. Her little touches and attention to detail are outstanding. I travel quite a lot and this little gem is by far the nicest I have come across. The house is immaculate. The linen is better then a hotel but above all it is the little extras like milk, water sweet treats that really make it stand out. Caroline is an amazing host and an excellent communicator. Best wishes for the season ahead. We will return 🙂

Comeragh View, hotel in Bunmahon

Located on the Southern tip of Ireland just by the Celtic Sea, Comeragh View features a family-run B&B in Ballyvoile, 37 km away from Waterford.

I’m finding Comeragh View B&B as an exceptional. Rooms were superb, with anything you could think off for a short stay. The house is spotless and the attention to detail is beyond imagination. Hosts greeted us upon arrival which was a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic. Selection of yoghurts and corn flakes before full Irish. We wish we could stay there longer. I believe that the view on the mountains on a good day is fantastic as well.

Waterford Viking Hotel, hotel in Bunmahon

Offering spacious rooms, free parking, and hearty Irish breakfasts, Waterford Viking Hotel is less than a 10-minute drive from Waterford city centre. It features free Wi-Fi, and daily carvery lunches....

I and my husband spent 3 nights at the Viking Hotel and I have to say it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service better than any other hotel we stayed in. The location is a little bit far from the city centre, but you can easily arrive there by car or by bus. A big plus for us was that the room was quiet and we could catch on our sleep.

Situated in the historic town of Dungarvan, in the South East of Ireland, Lawlors Hotel is a traditional family-run hotel, with comfortable, spacious rooms.

Room was ok, bed not very comfortable and duvet was not very nice. Breakfast was very disappointed, order was mixed up and mostly over cooked. Our last day we waited for 45 minutes before we got served and again mixed up and over cooked Disappointed with the service and over all stay.

I really liked bunmahon. I hope to go back again.

I really liked bunmahon. I hope to go back again. It has a beautiful beach and a lovely bar restaurant in town. It was convenient to our trip on the kilmeaden heritage train which I highly recommend and also not far from a few different points to cycle on the greenway, which was also fabulous. We eat in the Engine house in the village which has great food and excellent beer too.
