The place is looking lovely, surranded with well kept garden and based right beside the river. Internal decoration is fascinating, butique style. The was a lovely view from my room's window. When I arrived the room was cold. I went away for a few hours and when I came back the room was still cold. I contacted the owner and he told me how to turn the radiator on. Unfortunatelly it it an old building and took a long time until the place got warm. It was no problem to get my breakfast early and the way I like. I appreciate that.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, whether in Ireland or abroad. The location was magical and ethereal, the food was fabulous, the staff was so welcoming. I booked a single room and when I arrived I found I had been upgraded to a double room with a lake view. I will definitely be back.
