Very comfortable room, place looks nice in and out, perfect location, great possibility to park in Park Rite Cruises Street car park which is right next to the townhouse. Since we stayed there on a Wednesday, didn't have any noise outside that would have disturbed our sleep. Very sweet and helpful receptionist. :) Very tasty Irish breakfast.

Everything was 10 out of 10. The central location in this beautiful city was perfect for us as more mature( late 60s and 70s) users of public transport.
The breakfasts downstairs in the restaurant were just outstanding....absolutely no problem for them to feed a vegetarian who did not eat eggs but did eat all milk
products.
It was really impressive as to how the staffnot only worked together as a team but seemed happy doing so.
Would stay here again in a flash!

I have to say that of all the places I have stayed I have never come across somewhere where the staff were so kind and accommodating. I arrived at 9pm just as the kitchen closed and the receptionist immediately got a waiter to see if the kitchen could hold on to cook me something as he knew I had travelled a distance. The waiter then had food and a glass of wine ready for me by the time I finished checking in and left up my bags. The woman over breakfast was so attentive and helpful to me and others. It was actually just lovely to see the genuineness of it all. The room was really comfortable and nicely decorated. The atmosphere in general was just so cosy. It was a pity I hadn’t more time there to properly enjoy it.
