Hotel I use to go, this time using booking, we've been in rooms far away.
Very noisy space with kids screaming until 10:00pm
Last time we were more closer from reception when calling directly, it was better.

The girl at reception was very friendly and chatty. Even though it was very busy.
We booked a family room and were delighted when we realised it was a suite. Perfect for us and our teenage son. He had a very comfortable sofabed in the sitting room area and we had a huge queen size bed in a separate room. Very comfortable beds!!
The balcony was also a nice surprise. Great having a Nespresso machine and the cleaning lady was happy to give me a few pods when I told her we only had 2.
The room and bathroom was spotless.
