The location is stunning right on the water and the tables all get a good view in the restaurant. Excellent food and cocktails. Friendly, personable staff and a very relaxed, homely atmosphere. The outdoor sea pool was lovely and warm (compared to the sea!) in the early summer sun.

A perfect spot to visit Connemara!
The house is just in front of a beautiful quite bay and it’s easy to reach.
Rooms are huge, nice and comfortable.
Mary and her husband are really welcoming and put a lot of effort to make you enjoy your stay. We really appreciated the recommendations about food and trails they put in their book.
Breakfast is delicious (best scrambled eggs we’ve tried in our trip) and you can also choose to have dinner there.
It definitely worths a stay!

The cleanliness, facilities, staff and the owner Penny could not have been more welcoming and kind. Beautiful views, fantastic area for walking/hiking around the island. Tea/Coffee facilities and TV in your room. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked fresh every morning and with a full breakfast menu that you could mix and match to your liking. Sausages, rashers and eggs were unreal. Homemade brown bread was so tasty. Fresh orange juice and good strong coffee. Amazing!!
