A lovely, super property, the hosts Martin and Joan were very accommodationg thinking of all the small details a self catering appartment might need especially kitchen essentials and milk and butter on arrival - the whole apartment was filled with lovely touches like candles and flowers it was a very enjoyable environment to relax. I didnt realise there was another appartment just next door I expected to be on my own but this didnt bother me at all as we chatted as neighbours on our patios all relaxed watching the hosts lovely kids , dogs , cows and the world go by. My dog Jake made a best friend in Benji the dog and the grounds were lovely to take in and explore. The property was only a short walk from the village with 3 pubs, an Applegreen service station, Londis and a master butcher - also a very handy location to visit lots of areas in the North. Super relaxing time, would not hesitate to recommend. Only negative I can say was the crows which gave a dawn chorus every morning but it's expected on a farm in the countryside !LyndaIreland - 10Scored 10

Just a small rural village, but full of lovely friendly people. They have a supermarket, a couple of bars & a take away. Beautiful base if you wish to take a few trips into either Clones, monaghan or cootehill.
