Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, overlooking the harbour/marina. Room was excellent, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast choices, and evening meals were also delicious.

We were staying for one night. There was no basic condiments in the kitchen. The reason given was food allergens. However It would have been a great idea if they provided a basic welcome basket containing sachets of salt/pepper/sugar , some tea bags and capsules for the coffee machine. Some milk , basic cereal and eggs. As we were only staying 1 night it wasn’t very practical for us to bring all the basic condiments . There was no ladle in the kitchen.
There were 5 remotes on the mantelpiece for the TV with sparse instructions on how to operate it.
No toilet paper in one of the bedroom en-suites. The shower in the main bedroom wasn’t not draining correctly and water was remaining in the tray.
The key was in a locked box which we struggled to open in the inclement weather.
Also the cost of the property was very expensive as it was based on the number of people rather than based on the house.
