THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. IT'S JUST SERVICED ROOMS. It's very misleading to call it a hotel.. It has no hotel facilities... We thought we were going to stay in a hotel The one staff member we had contact with was however very helpful and friendly. The place was immaculate and very clean. Hadas (name) shows Great management skills, not noisy, staff excellent. I only wish the spa was hotel owned but the hotel is so good at any needs for that too. Security is very good, cameras all around. You will feel comfortable and very welcome. The snack/ bar off to the side in the lobby is a nice place to unwind after dinner and a good polite worker there too. It's a gem I had not known was there in 30 years coming to the general area!

We had the most fabulous stay! The meals were amazing - we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The additional ice creams in the lobby and tea served everyday were such a great touch. There was so much on offer for the kids. When we arrived we were a bit disappointed with the pool situation - indoor cold pool, hotel guests could only use 1 lane and we had to wear caps - but it was great that they erected a large outdoor pool for the other days we were there. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and really want to return.

awesome great attitude of the staff! from the moment you enter the hotel to the moment you leave! highly professional manager Adas met with a smile, attentive to requests. amazing, sensitive, the best customer service in the country! The hotel is clean, great swimming pool and thought out all the little things, bravo! And in the room we were waiting for another gift - wine and sweets, it was wonderful!

Our stay at Gordonia Hotel was absolutely perfect! The suite is specious and luxurious. Everything is clean including the pool and the hot tub. The food is amazing, great variety. But most of all the staff- friendly, always with a smile, there to fulfill your every wish. Sapir was especially helpful. This place really has everything you need for a perfect getaway!

Location is high up in the Jerusalem mountains with spectacular views. Hotel is small but cute and has a good/bohemian vibe. Guests can use the indoor swimming pool at the YAARIM Hotel which is just nearby. My room was spacious and had an adjoining balcony. The receptionist (Amir) was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was tasty.

The location was chosen for us as we were attending a wedding there. But there are nice views to Jerusalem from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, well laid out, very clean. The bathroom was a good standard for the type of hotel. Good climate control and window screens so we could leave windows open for fresh air.

Thank you to Ahmet for introducing us this wonderful hotel! All the staff were friendly and happy to help us with what we need. The breakfast and dinner was always amazing, we miss the food so much. The room is very comfy, we got the family room that is more spacious than we expect and needed.

Very nice place with friendly staff. It is part of an existing hotel which was transformed to a Selina property, so room were stuffed with more beds and hardly renovated to match the new settings. Room was small and not clean but for a 1 night stay it was ok, didn't expect much more.

Nice location with nice view. Great communication before arrival, great atmosphere! We had welcome drinks on arrival and a bazar was set up in the common area Friday afternoon with a LIVE DJ. Woohoo! Staff was extra friendly and we also enjoyed massages at the nearby hotel.

The location is on the high mountain viewing Jehuda mountains and Jerusalem. The price was ok. So if you wiuld like to stay in a fair place for a fair price in Judea mountains this can be the right place.
