Hi , The day we had made. a booking on this property, we had called for confirmation of the same however, hotel person informed that prepayment of Rs 1118 needed to confirm the stay, we had paid the property, during check in the property was at a non man's land no shops nearby, the property manager insisted to pay us the remaining amount rather showing the rooms , we had contact booking.com CCE but they were helpless and said payment is handled by the property and they are not going to refund the amount, we had negotiated to allow us for staying 2 days with the booking amount but they denied if you stay here you need to pay the full amount, This was a trap .. booking.com CCE was helpless

The man at the reception was Mr. Deepak, who is a really helpful and nice person. He took responsibility to arrange everything that I needed. Though the location is a bit difficult to reach...and since they don't have a restaurant I had to get my meals from a nearby restaurant outside.
