Location is very near to all services, but in the room missing basic things, hand towel, shower soap, shower cap, hand soap dispenser, paper towel, the nice balcony was very dirty, one of the chairs (very dirty) was broken, the sink don’t drain the water. The hotel manager needed to check the house keeping people work because the hotel can be much, much better if the staff take care more about the cleaning. In the end if you don’t care about the hygiene the room is big and comfortable.

Location - 4/5 .. right in the highway and not too far from Mumbai (1 hr approx) .. Added bonus, it is just beside an amazing pub called Clink

Amenities - 4/5 .. all superb, property is 4 months old and everything is in pristine condition. Key is to maintain it
F&B - 4/5 .. kitchen is operational but not 24X7. F&B manager is superb and gets involved personally
